Ken & Lori Elsbury of Dublin:
Letter to the Editor, Dublin News, August 30, 2006:
To the Editor:
Recently our son had a terrible accident while trying to dunk a basketball on a low hoop. His front teeth
got caught in the net and the force completely extracted one tooth and severely damaged the other; nearly extracting
it as well. Needless to say, we rushed our son to the Dentist office in hopes that his beautiful smile could be saved.
This letter is to show our gratitude and to give a public thank you to our local Dublin dentist - Dr. David Bennett.
When we arrived with our son, bleeding and very upset from the accident, Dr. Bennett and staff were very
accommodating and gave our son high priority for the emergency dental treatment.
We just can’t say enough, how his patience and expertise quickly put our son and us at ese. The final outcome was
much better than we could have ever expected. His own permanent teeth were implanted, taped, bonded and
stiched back into his gums.
Afterwards, our son was very happy and in no pain from the ordeal. It was back to playing as usual the next day -
cautiously of course!
It has now been a few weeks since the accident and our son looks great and feels great. We are very optimistic that
with all of Dr. Bennett’s hard work our son’s pearly white smile will remain as bright as always.
We also want to extend an enormous thank you to all of Dr. Bennett’s patients who were extremely understanding
and patient while he spent a considerable amount of time attending to our son. Thank you Dr. David Bennett and staff
from the bottom of our hearts!
Scott Martin:
Thank you very much for the excellent dental care. I made a good decision to have you as my dentist...my tooth is
perfect. You are an artist!
Steven Hamric:
You guys are incredible. You have taken a guy who hated going to the dentist to a guy that can actually sleep the
night before an appointment.
I tell my associates about your team often. Dr. Bennett, you and your entire staff are a cut above the rest. From the
moment you walk in the door you are greeted by name and for the entire time...you have a way of making people feel cared for.
